The Texas Belonging & Leadership Consortium (TXBLC) will soon offer various Instruction Opportunities – Learning Series and Modules – to our corporate partners, prospective partners as well as community organizations.
Today, leadership, collaboration, and unity play a vital role in the workplace and the community. As we continue to compete in a global marketplace, organizations across Texas will need a myriad of new ideas, talent, and resources in order to remain competitive on the world stage. It is the Consortium’s belief that these ideas and innovations will best evolve and take effect from a diverse workforce with unique perspectives and viewpoints.
In addition, research has found that promoting and enhancing leadership, collaboration, and unity in the workplace as well as our community organizations is vital and critical to the companies’ and organizations’ success. Leadership, collaboration, and unity is no longer considered to be just a corporate trend but rather a business directive for national as well as global organizations.
