Rice Summer Youth Program

June 8-12, 2026
8 a.m. – 4 P.M.

Registration Opens April 1, 2026

This week-long program is held on thecampus of Rice University and engages students from Houston area high schools. The program provides life lessons and college readiness activities, which will equip students to have a successful transition into college and through graduation. Included in the week-long session are information and presentations on:

• Writing workshops
• SAT/ACT prep
• Speakers from various industries
• Financial aid, scholarships, and the college admissions process
• Leadership skills…and much more
